The work
Some of the themes we may work on in session:
Taking stock of your inner landscape ~ Understanding what is the nature of the narratives, beliefs and patterns that dominate your mental space as well as how you feel physically and the relationship between (for e.g. if you tend to feel anxious, parsing out what is happening physiologically, what is happening mentally in those moments and how they may play off each other).
Mastering emotions so they don’t master you ~ Becoming the ultimate mother/father for your most vulnerable aspects of self. Bringing in support, understanding, and a culture of acceptance around the range of emotions you may feel, and learning what you most need in those moments.
Befriending your ego ~ Learning what you do when you feel scared and threatened so that you can become empowered around your feelings and actions and know that you are acting from integrity and awareness in any given moment, regardless of how others feel or behave.
Balancing relationships ~ Exploring where tension or dissatisfaction exists in your relationships with others and opening to equilibrium and expansion through honest self-inquiry and releasing old patterns based in fear/early coping mechanisms such as people pleasing, self-sacrifice, avoidance, aggression, etc.
Purpose ~ Learning your alignment. This means opening for intuition as a guide & how to make choices from a space of clarity, integrity and listening to your inner truth.
