1 Time Session
90 to 120 minutes ~ $300
Get to know me and how I work through a one time session. You may want to then move into a more ongoing experience, or you may have gotten what you need from this session.
Package of 4
$600 - $800 depending on duration
This is a great choice if you want to work through something a bit specific. We can do these four sessions over four weeks, eight weeks, or even four days in a row if you want to do an intensive. I offer one off 1 hour sessions for individuals after they have done a package of four.
Weekly/Ongoing
45 minutes ~ $150 / a week
Weekly (with the option to move to bi-weekly over time) similar to a therapy slot. To make this commitment I ask for a minimum of 10 sessions. But this is best if we can work together for a few years and do that deeper work. I’m here to be supportive of your journey and the growth trajectory you are on.
